trading up to a DP, wondering about fuel program

So I'll be taking delivery of my (new to me) DP this week and have seen some youtube's about this TSD logistics fuel program. Has anyone done this? When I checked out the website they wanted my SSN ...

I have never tried to pull my 40' DP with a towed into a Sams's club gas station and I never plan to do so. I want easy, safe in and out as I travel the Country Nationwide. I don't have the luxury of knowing that my "home town" gas station has room for me. I never know where I am going to have to stop for fuel and this program has saved me hundreds of dollars. Nothing bad here!
