RAIN...presently with -2 degree temps tonight Rain at least some of tomorrow with -12 ( yep..minus twelve) temps Tuesday morn.

Nope...its called RAIN! It can come down as snow for sure...but depending on the temp and air conditions further up in the sky....it can hit the ground as rain!
