In many states traffic enforcement cameras are prohibited, and for very good reason,, But that is fact, and this thread is about humor so...
Man gets a photo-radar speeding ticket, Photo of him driving 15 MPH over the speed limit and notice of apparent liability. (Fine if he wishes to plead and pay).
He sends back a photo of the Amount of fine.
They send back a photo of a pair of Handcuffs.
He sends Genuine Money order, check or cash.
