Agreed. Also a few smiling faces would help, because the internet is so emotionless.
Honestly I think everyone knew that, it was just a stupid joke that you knew would have a dumb outcome (i.e. in a bar setting it would have been a head bobbing.)
Trying to make the best out of a dumb joke is my take on it.
