Traffic Laws - Photo Enforced

I lived in Germany for years and a co-worker was about to rotate back to the states. Germany has traffic enforcement cameras for stop light and speed infractions. The co-worker, knowing he was about to go back to the land of the round doorknobs. spent his last weekend setting off the cameras before he shipped his vehicle home. He did this while wearing a gorilla mask. Made for great laughs in the office when our command section got the tickets from the German authorities. He was out of the country and out of the command by then, and knew he would be beyond the reach of the authorities.
