Some of the heavy duty ones have the upper level electrically lowered. A nice one I saw, the SUV pulled out from the lower level, and the upper level lowered down so you could use the trailer to launch the boat directly, even with the SUV if you wanted.
I imagine this is one of those that gets up in to the $20K range as discussed.
