Trans output shaft leaking. Need opinions.
A mechanic noticed that my allison trans output shaft seal is leaking but I never have had to add trans oil. Can anyone tell me if this is serious and if it should be fixed right away?

If the fluid level has not drop, clean and watch. Could have been sprayed so that the seal would look like it needed replaced. Just saying.
