Trans output shaft leaking. Need opinions.
A mechanic noticed that my allison trans output shaft seal is leaking but I never have had to add trans oil. Can anyone tell me if this is serious and if it should be fixed right away?

Thanks for all the oopinions. There is no fluid on the ground. I did have the MH parked on a hill (5 degrees) and did get some trans fluid on the ground after prolonged storage but no leakage on the ground when sitting level! Maybe this is what the mechanic is referring t.
