Let's get some more info here.
Are you on a 30 or 50 amp shore power connection? Have you VERIFIED that it is correct? If you have a voltmeter and need instructions, let us know.
ASSUMING YOU ARE SAFE WORKING AROUND 240 VAC, have you check for power IN and power OUT of the ATS? Again, if you need the "what to do" let us know.
What circuit breaker was tripped? Main breaker (the duplex 50 amp breaker) or one of the individual breakers?
And certainly, if you charge or jump the chassis battery to start the engine, you can drive anywhere you want-- as long as generator is OFF and inverter is OFF. 120 VAC issues do not affect driving.
