transfer switch

2008 tiffin allegro bus, I have no power to rv, found tripped circuit breaker inside house, have power to transfer switch now, is this a resettable item or would it be shot. Can I jump battery to engine and drive to get it fixed. Thanks John

When I parked it 2 wks ago power cord was stretched possibly lost neutral if that would cause problem,

    the power cord and transfer switch have zero connection as to weather or not your engine will start?
    How do u know you have power to the transfer switch?
    Not to get this too confused are you saying the batterys are dead?
