Please all bear in mind that a reman Allison MD 3060 runs about $9000. Don't fiddle-fart around.

never seen a threaded one but have seen the rubber grommet ones that have a over center lock system like a gm style
however trans oil should not leak out anywhere on a Allison trans and especially after only 6 miles and definitely not the filler tube

Most dip sticks on Allison transmissions have a threaded top. If the stick is not screwed down oil will spew out the tube. Something else to check for.
