We will be heading 200 miles north to the path of totality. Hoping my new=to-me MH will be ready to head up this weekend, I scored a spot a few weeks ago on Airbnb and the owner is fine with me leaving it there a week early. We plan to take our car up the day before the eclipse (more maneuverable than a MH!), spend the night in the MH, watch the eclipse, then DH will head home in the car (since he needs to be at work Tuesday morning) and I will bring the MH home at whatever snail's pace the traffic is moving at. I really need to get my Nato-mount installed in the MH to be able to keep an eye on the map and take 843 phone calls from DH complaining about the traffic! lol
