Okay, I'll bite, how do you have "totality" with a "partial" eclipse?
Sorry, maybe I didn't word that right. There is a huge path swinging from the southeast going in a northwest path to the west coast.
You will have totality in that path if the weather cooperates. Everyone on either side will have a partial eclipse of varying degrees depending on distance from the totality path.
