That map is interactive. You can hit the + and zoom in and then move your cursor to where you are considering. click on it and it will give you exact times for partial/total eclipse. Note that the times are "Universal Time" You need to convert to your local time, or you'll miss it. e.g 4 hours earlier for EDT. You can google a conversion site.
