Traveling without a TOAD

We travel without a TOAD. I've considered buying a Jeep Wrangler for the convenience of towing it. For now, like the post above, we will rent a car if we need transportation while traveling. I do have an enclosed trailer that I tow my Harley in if we're going to be in an area conducive to riding....otherwise, we'll rent a car. I also contemplated the bike lift and after talking with a few folks at campgrounds that had them, they reminded me that it leaves your bike exposed to the swirl of air at the rear of the coach and with it all the dirt and debris that gets lifted.....in other words...sandblasted. I decided against that and went with the enclosed trailer. Don't even know it's back there.....
