In Las Vegas, if you plan walking on the strip the Circus Circus RV park has the best location.
Price-wise KOA (I think it is called Sam's) RV park offer best rates.

As mentioned above, the Circus Circus KOA on the strip is closed. They moved their KOA license to the Sam's Town RV park which is no where near the strip. We had our van broken into twice at Sam's Town and would not return in the future.
