Your annual cost will be determined by the condition of the coach at purchase. With less than $100k budget, it won't be a top line coach nor will it be less than 10 years old. So, your cost will depend on how well it was treated during those 10+ years. Rubber rots, salt corrodes, rust forms and electrical "stuff" begins to fail. Appliances wear out too. Anode rods in the water heater disintegrate, etc.etc.etc. Tires are another pretty expensive hit. Since it'll have a tag that's an extra $1200. Oil changes/lube/filters are pretty cheap, $300 and should be done yearly. Aqua hot service will run about $150, recommended yearly service, but I have mine done every other year..I budget 2k/yr for maintenance including tires.
This year:
Radio head failed including back up camera
Switch to electric cord reel failed
Switch on power shade failed
Auto retract on electric awning failed
Switch for electric toilet flush failed
Doorbell quit working
Baseboard heater in kitchen stopped working
small stuff but they need to be fixed......Dennis
