Insurance on 100 K will be $12-$1400 per year. Fuel is back down to $.29 per mile from my high of $.50. I replace my front tires at seven years and the rear tires at 10.... $4000 this time and probably $6000 next time.
CGs $0 to $100/night. If I did not own my winter Snowbird site it would cost $1500 per month instead of the hundred dollars a month for electric. Out West my nightly cost is usually $6 to $10 in a forest service campground and one $30 CG per week.
Since you said you are handy your yearly maintenance repair costs could be as little as $1000 a year excluding Tires.
