Thanks for input, but do not think I would ever consider renting, too many things to go wrong and nightmare to get someone out in the courts of Florida. The landlord is a mean old rich person and the renter is someone the court must protect. Even if they let the pool go green, the hot tub dry up and let the landscape all die. Could take six months and thousands of dollars to get someone out. No matter how good of check you do, you just really never know. No one is going to treat it as there own. We do close house up and travel for six months, but pool service, lawn service, maintenance service, electric bill, water bill etc etc getting OLD!! It will sell one day, but a little discouraging that we just can not seem to get there.
