Lots of people want BIG garages----but you can't sell beef to a vegetarian. My house has a 40X50 garage and is on 2ac.....I am a drag racer and have had many offers to buy it just for that garage. I looked for a long time and when I found it the garage was kind of listed as an after thought....Many a racer in the North East is wanting to retire or relocate and move South but guess what, I'll bet none of them ever see your house because its not being marketed to their type of people. Like someone said above---Racers of all types, RV owners, Boat owners, Motor Cycle owners, etc. There is a butt for every seat, you need to find the right butt.
