So, why are you waiting to sell the house to go fulltime? Do you need the funds for traveling or purchasing an RV?
I'd find a good property manager and rent it out or work out a deal to rent to own. If the market is bad there it may indeed not be the house but the area/economy.
I agree the large garage does not have to be marketed as an RV garage. I am wondering...is the RV garage large enough to accomadate a really large rig or a smaller one? Some of today's big diesel rigs are indeed larger.
