What would be really cool with a garage that big is if it had a lift and set up as a work shop. 220VAC outlets, peg boards for tools, piping for compressed air, lots of lights, high ceilings, enough space for two vehicles,,,. Having the far end set up as a work shop would peak my interests. Trouble is the cost and the small prospective buyers it would appear too. Still cool and maybe 15 years in my future.
