Price and location is what sells most homes,however most any home will sell when you hit the right price.I owned a house that the neighbor started to go down hill and it was time to get out.It was a 3/2/2 and I priced it at just what other smaller homes sold for like 3/1/1 gone in short order.Your garage is a big plus as long as its not in a deed restricted area.I looked for over 3 years for a home with a large garage before I found one. Its 24x60 and I wish it was larger.The old car hobby is large here in fla,and a house with a large garage should not be hard to sell if the price is right. good luck
