A lot of great advice here. I would enlist the services of a professional appraiser not tied to any particular realty company. Then you will get a price of where you should be priced at. Realtors in general are not my favorite business people to begin with, always out looking for the big pay day. One piece of advice posted that is excellent is to clean out a lot of your personal items, no photographs etc. of you and the misses out on your RV adventures or anniversary pictures. A furnished home sells better than an empty one but it must be de-cluttered. My final opinion is what everyone else has been saying, fire your realtor and get one that has energy and creativity which will include making that RV garage a hobbyist dream. Good Luck!
