Having spend 45 years dealing with realtors. best advice I would give is, have your present realtor give you a release, then call several large companies with experience realtors, not just young hot shot. interview them and find out what they really can do. They need to do the work to sell your place, don't sign a long term contract, give them 60 days to get you an offer or hit the road. go to Zillow.com and you can get the average time on the market for a house like yours.
