The last time I was through that area (2 years ago) houses still had plastic sheeting from Hurricane Ike (maybe Charlie). People should be lined up at your door. Something is very wrong here.

Englewood is a desirable town but the median age is 63+. Most people living there are winding down and downsizing, rather than getting in to a bunch of hobbies. It is also not attracting too many families with toys, etc for the big garage. It is basically a retirement community which means that the number of couples looking for a house with a large garage is very limited, especially in a community that only has a total population of around 15,000. Obviously there is a buyer for everything if the price is right but this is not something that would appeal to the masses.
