When we decided to full-time the last thing I wanted was a house to deal with. Whereas my adult children both took my advice and have invested in rentals, I always seem to invest in a bigger boat. Or motorhome. Here in So Cal a house with an RV garage would be a huge asset. Were I in your position, I'd be looking for a different agent.
