As I'm sure you are aware...it is not a good practice to do so, but it should not have caused any damage. As soon as the voltage dropped the AC's will kick off.
Starting the Gen with the AC's on...basically the same thing goes. Not a good practice, but will do no real harm. The Gen will start and run for about a minute before the power contacts engage to supply power.
Most RV's are wired not to have heavy AC loads on the inverter. Usually they are the AC's and electric elements on the hot water heater.
