TV and cabinet changes in 2004 Monaco Knight

Hello Everyone! I have two questions about remodeling cabinets in our Monaco. We have the 4 door fridge, so there's no pantry. But it looks like the wall between the fridge and the bathroom might have a few inches of open space, has anyone tried putting a slim pull-out pantry in that space? The other question is for recommendations in So Cal for someone who could do that, also to change the front tv and cabinet, maybe a couple of other smaller projects.
