I replaced my batwing with this jack antenna when my batwing got damaged because I forgot to lower it. I find this jack antenna to be most satisfactory.
We dropped DirectTV several years ago and now we watch movies on our DVD player and watch the local channels we get over the air with our jack antenna. In the past three months we have traveled from Florida to upper Vermont, then on to Nebraska, down to Missouri and Texas before come home via Alabama. We got TV stations at most every place we stopped. Closer to the big cities we would get 25 to 40 channels. I am most satisfied with this antenna.
