One other thing....if you look on EBay, you will find a lot of PowerTek's for sale, and you can get an idea to see if that is what you have. You can also find the instructions on the Internet. Some of those state that the 110 power is activated by a 12 volt relay, so you may wish to check to see that the 12 volt wire is getting power, otherwise, the 110 outlet is not being activated. You can test the 12 volt input by running a test wire directly to the battery, or a vacant slot on the 12 volt side of the electrical panel (not while generator running or hooked up to shore power)
