Every brand of TV uses their own unique codes to control their products.
Your, (and all) TVs use Infra-Red light, so it is "line-of-sight". If you can close a door between the 2 TVs, that would take care of the problem.
I do recall that some brands made a menu option to change the characteristics of one TV to avoid this problem. You might check the owners manual or scroll thru the various menu settings.

Mike,
In this case it's not exactly line of sight. I was thinking the same thing until I saw how it worked. The front TV reacted exactly as the middle TV, the one with the remote pointed at it. The remote wasn't in any way even remotely (no pun intended) pointed at the front TV.
Reflective..? Like a mirror
IR is still light, and reflects off polished surfaces counter tops, windows, ceiling fixtures, maybe even the TV being pointed at
The other TV sensor, is sensitive enough, to pick up the reflected signal
And the strange response like a different channel, is because signal bounce caused it to be read as a different code than what is actually sent
You might try making a little 'shade' cover for the iR sensor on front of the other TV flat mat black, that might work
