If you are looking at used the Winnebago Minnie 24V or Itasca Spirit 24V had a cut corner bed 60 X 75 and is under 25'. The new models have cut the bed down to 54 X 75 to make the bathroom a little bigger. We have a 2006 24V and it works for us. We are using the bunk area for extra light weight storage. Dick
