I think the cab-over bunk is best for kids. That's where we keep ours. :)
One thing we love about our 1990 Winnebago Warrior is it has twin rear beds. So each spouse gets their own bed. No climbing over someone when you have to go to the bathroom at night. No making due with a queen when you are used to a king at home.
