I would suggest that you do not pay too close attention to gas mileage, just don't go hog wild and pedal to the metal, and it will consume what it will consume. If you want to drive from point A to point B, you pay the piper. What I am trying to say is.....at least in my case, I am not overly concerned about mileage and cost per gallon, otherwise, I would not leave my driveway. As someone said, we drive shoe boxes, and because of variables, not all of us get the same mileage, but certainly, nowhere what you would get in a car.
