Tyron Rings
Already getting the "upsell" :) Anybody have an opinion on Tyron Rings?

People get told/sold that Tyron rings prevent blowouts.....they DON'T. They ONLY keep the FLAT tire from coming off the rim if you're forced to drive for a distance with the tire flat. During testing it was shown the tire could be driven flat until only the sidewalls were left, but that was on a much lighter Ford Crown Victoria.
