Whether DW is with me or not this is usually something I handle myself anyway. It's a common sense thing. If you get to the CG and there is a place not far from your site that won't impede traffic, do it there. Otherwise, there is nothing wrong with taking the 2 minutes and doing it at the actual site. CG's usually aren't so busy with traffic that it can't be done. Not to mention, it's a CG where this occurs quite a bit and most campers expect these sort of things. One thing for sure, you unhooking your toad takes a lot less time than unhooking a TT that may have a truck sitting out in the road until they get parked. Everyone seems to tolerate that just fine. You'll work it out and no one will care. Don't stress about it or rush. That's when mistakes happen.
This is your answer. Don't overthink it. It's a campground and other folks know this is something you have to do....same as with a trailer and truck and they usually take longer to get backed into a site.
If you see a good spot at the office to leave your car then do it there. As you're driving to your site if you see space at a restroom, do it there. Otherwise don't feel bad about holding up traffic (if any) for a couple minutes.
