If you want to sell things yourself then you have to put up with this.You also have to know how to read people. I usually price things just a little more than I will take, not a lot. I want the price to seem fair but still leave a little room to come down. I tried to trade my MH at 4 different dealers and the trade value was really low. They all came in within $4k of each other. I sold it for $20k more that the best offer I had. I always tell the caller to come look then we will talk price. My MH was in mint condition and I could tell the potential buyer loved it. I came down $900 and let him drive away. He called me an hour later and bought it.
