I wish you the best of luck with your dream. My advice to you is to keep things as simple as possible. Before you invest in solar panels, different batteries, etc., get some experience camping and traveling in it. Your battery will charge while traveling during the day. You can also plug in at houses and fill your water tanks. RV parks will let usually let you empty your waste tanks for a fee and will sell you propane for the furnace.
