I purchased my FW last year from Lazy Days. I received great service from the sales and finance department. However, I experienced less than satisfactory support from the service department. They routinely fail to return phone calls and e-mails. They lied about when a job would be done. They damaged my rig while they were working on it, and tried to hide the damage. They performed shoddy repairs that I had to fix myself. I finally had to send my FW back to the manufacturer to get it fixed correctly and to repair the damage that Lazy Days caused.
I will never take my rig back to them, and I'll never purchase from them again.
