Of course insurance exists to provide protection from accidents or even poor decisions. She paid her premiums, got caught in a storm and evacuated with her family not clogging the highway with her motorhome. It would be a breach for the insurance company to not pay. Many of us would have moved the motorhome inland but she did not. I am sure it will still cost her but the insurance should pay.
