A good solution. If we were contemplating keeping our rig indefinitely, I was thinking along similar lines. As things stand, it's unlikely we'll keep it for longer than 2 more seasons.
My experience with air-suspended seats was gained when I did a 2 year post retirement stint as a transit bus driver. The buses had a Recaro seat with similarly independent adjustments to the Sears one mentioned. My plan had been to find the wrecking yards where old buses go to die and buy one there.For a couple more seasons, I'll continue *****ing about the Flexsteels we have (but not on the forum!)
