I think I answered this elsewhere.. You said the chassis has a 10,000 CGVW rating (you may have put it in a different order) This means the Motor home and trailer, combined, loaded, must not weigh more than 10,000 pounds.
How you can do that and still overload a 5,000 pound receiver I do not know, I know I can't and my CGVW rating is 26,000.
