Upgrading to a 10,000 reciever?

If the chassis can tow 10K, then upgrade, and ask the manufacturer why they did not put a 10K hitch on it to start with.
One thought... Naa. you will report if this is the case (Receiver size).
Even with the enclosed trailer, you won't be that close to max so GO FOR IT.
