I don't know if we have the same toilet but my Sealand Dometic (vacuum) toilet did the same as you are saying yours is doing. My first thought was my aim was getting pretty bad or I wasn't as clean as I could be.
I called Dometic and it turned out some of their toilets are defective at a mating surface and there is nothing I could do but replace it. Fortunately it was under warranty. They sent me a new one and I did the work.
