The power doesn't convert well for things like an RV. You'd need to get a European power converter and install it to deal with 220-240 volts. Your inside AC plugs inside won't fit euro stuff and your fridge is likely to not like having 220 volts put into it.
Those are just a few things that popped into my head.
One way around it is to never plug into an AC source. You could get a good higher power charger/maintainer that runs on 220 and just hook it up to your batteries. You'd have to run the fridge on LP the whole time (which is doable)
Then there's the expense of gasoline.
I'd leave it at home, personally.
