First I would use www.nada.com Then I would take the MSRP and deduct say 30% and offer the lower of the two and see what happens. Low ball your offer since it is an older model that is just sitting there and then see what they come back with. DO NOT GET ATTACHED and remember that you can walk away if the deal is not good enough.
