I'll second what Daveinet said about livability. I looked at several and didn't think they would be good for long term because of the layout. You have to make things really tight to get everything in 26 ft. and that can get frustrating after months of living in it.
Fully restored these do go for big bucks, if you're not after the wow factor but livability for a longer term there are better choices IMHO.
