Hi just started it up the first this year when itso when it was warming up I smell oil it is on a 81 Ford e 350 with 460 how hard it to replace the valve gasket s

Pull off the "Dog House" cover and see what access you have from there... In an E350, that's gonna be pretty much your only "easy" access.. ;)
Then find the valve cover bolts and how easy they are to reach is how easy of a job it's gonna be... ;)
