- MountainAir05Explorer IIWho is going to keep track of the motorhome. There are many on the web but you pay to know where they are at.
- way2rollNavigator IIAny tracker suitable for a car. It doesn't have to be RV specific. But you typically pay for that service. many have an app you could track on your phone.
- BB_TXNomadState Farm provides one to their customers who sign up for it. Just a small module, no screen, that sends periodic reports to them. Safe driving report saves several hundred dollars in discounts each year.
- 4x4vanExplorer IIIState Farm's isn't a GPS; it keeps track of mileage only, not location. It's called the "Drive Safe and Save" program, and you can participate without the module by self-reporting your mileage every 6 months (discount varies from 0-15%, depending on miles driven). I have all of my vehicles on the program (self report, no module), although it is not available for my RV (at least not here in CA by State Farm).

- BB_TXNomadState Farm receives data from the module for acceleration, braking, speed, left turns, right turns, time of day, and mileage. I am neither an aggressive driver or a passive driver. I can open the app on my phone and see my grades. My current discount is trending at $357 on my truck and $221 on DW’s Expy.
I typically drive a little over the limit. But I try to avoid hard starts and stops and hard fast turns. And my scores typically range B- to A. Would not be a good deal for an aggressive driver. - rgatijnet1Explorer IIIMost all over the road trucks have them to track shipments but I am sure that is a "service" that they pay a monthly fee to use. Check with your insurance company and see exactly what they need, and where to get it.
- K_CharlesExplorerPlanck has one with no monthly fee. It doesn't track. But if you tell them it's gone they can find it.
- Jay_PatExplorerI have the Viper alarm with GPS tracking and remote start and I think there is a kill switch (I should learn more about this).
Works on my smart phone.
Cheesy sounding alarm....
I don't know about hooking up in a motorhome.

I have a aftermarket remote start on my truck and there's a hidden switch to disable the remote start. If you want pm me and I'll tell you where to possibly look to find the switch
